Working closely with Cisco's regional partner organizations, business entities, and global sales teams, she has consistently delivered double-digit growth while transforming how partners capture emerging market opportunities.
Before her current role, she served as head of Americas Partner Organization for Meraki, where she drove record-breaking double-digit channel growth. Her track record includes leadership positions across Cisco's collaboration and partner organizations, consistently driving innovation in go-to-market strategies.
Kristyn is a passionate advocate for inclusion and equity. She actively participates in Cisco’s Proximity Initiative, engaging in one-on-one conversations that foster understanding across different perspectives and lived experiences, helping to embed inclusive behaviors into the business. She also serves as a mentor in Cisco’s executive shadowing program, guiding the next generation of leaders.
A champion for diversity and leadership development, she has been recognized on CRN's Women of the Channel list for the past decade.
