As I reflect on my first 9 months as Senior Director for Cisco’s Global Collaboration Partner Organization—all I can say is wow!  The innovation has been tremendous with over 800 new features, new products, and new programs focused on partner profitability and growth.  I am so appreciative of the loyalty and commitment from our partners. Transitioning to a new fiscal year has never been more exciting. Our collaboration team continues to deliver breakthrough innovations that are reinventing the collaboration experience and removing friction to power hybrid work. Some recent enhancements include….

The power of the platform:  Webex Suite offer

In June 2021, we introduced the Webex Suite, the world’s first best-of-breed hybrid work solution for calling, meetings, messaging, polling/Slido, and events available as a single enterprise agreement.  And now, we are further enhancing our amazing offer.

Available September 15, 2021, the Webex Suite will be revamped as an Enterprise agreement or Named User offer which further enables our partners to deliver the most flexible, supportive, inclusive, secure, managed and economical collaboration solution for the hybrid workforce.  Purchasing the Webex Suite will bring over 40% savings, while also including productivity and inclusive tools like polling / Q&A, whiteboard capabilities, Webex Assistant, and a 50% devices discount with the Webex Device Cloud Promotion.

In addition to these amazing customer offers we’ve also updated our SaaS NFR and device NFR programs to ensure you have access to the latest features and products. Be sure to take advantage of generous discounts on Webex products for internal use and customer demos.

Simplicity to create sales velocity

The collaboration space has never been more competitive, and we must all move quickly to win. Customers expect SaaS solutions to be transacted and delivered with ease and consistency.  In Q1 we’ve delivered several updates including the simplification of our customer promotions, new cloud calling set up programs to reduce migration cost, and an agency route to market to more easily sell into in the SMB.  

Partner profitability is our north star  

As we evolve our go-to-market efforts partner profitability remains at the heart of all we do. We are creating opportunities for you to maximize your revenue and margin potential on every deal and throughout the lifecycle.  On the frontend we increased VIP program incentives for selling the Webex Suite, adding devices, and transitioning customers to the cloud.  Our Lifecycle Incentive offers lucrative rewards for activating Webex licenses, driving utilization, and adding new workloads.  We have recently launched Lifecycle Starter for Cloud Calling to reward partners for migrating calling customers to cloud.  Be sure to take advantage of all these opportunities to increase your profitability.
