Kathy Ditto is the senior director of marketing for Cisco's U.S. Public Sector organization and oversees all marketing efforts for its $6 billion plus business. In this role, she creates and implements innovative marketing programs to support sales, increase revenue and elevate Cisco’s visibility through customer loyalty. Kathy builds essential partnerships with other global Cisco organizations to coordinate and drive sales readiness campaigns, demand generation programs, new product announcements, digital marketing and customer engagement efforts.
Previously at Cisco, Kathy was the director of public sector architectures and federal marketing. She was responsible for messaging Cisco’s products and solutions and determining strategies for growth within the federal market. Prior to that, Kathy was the collaboration solutions manager for U.S. Public Sector, and was tasked with driving the pipeline for Unified Communications applications through integrated marketing programs that created and sustained dynamic customer relationships.
Before joining Cisco in 2006, Kathy had an extensive career in the technology field working in various marketing, sales and finance functions. She has held leadership positions at Nortel Networks, Williams Communications Solutions, Enterasys Networks and Sprint Nextel Communications. Kathy is a graduate of James Madison University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and majors in Marketing and Management.
