Kacey joined Cisco in 1996 and is a senior manager in the global government and public sector marketing organization. He is focused on the intersection of technology innovation and government transformation with relevant experience in national, state and local government, public safety and security, criminal justice, and healthcare. With over 25 years of networking and computer technology experience in various solutions marketing, product management, and software engineering roles, he has led a number of strategic technology initiatives involving networking, data center / storage, and communications technologies.
Kacey holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BS degree in Math/System Science with a specialization in Computer Studies from UCLA.
