Josh spent his early IT career doing the usual foot-in-door activities as part of multiple IT service and support organizations, moved on to design and support a global video conferencing network in the service-provider space, spent nearly a decade doing the 'enterprise thing' as a Network Architect for a large healthcare organization, and most recently moved into the VAR space where he designs and deploys large-scale Collaboration / Unified Communications solutions for a Cisco Gold partner.
A former Cisco Networking Academy Instructor and freelance technical trainer, Josh enjoys sharing his passion for technology and learning with others and believes that having fun is the most important part of any project.
Josh holds a CCNP Voice, CCNA Video, and CCAI certification, and is currently seeking his CCIE in Collaboration.
