Inclusive Future Action Office
Clayton Naidoo, a Senior Director from Africa, leads Cisco’s Inclusive Future Action Office which was established to oversee and activate Cisco’s Inclusive Future initiatives, beginning with its Social Justice Beliefs and 12 subsequent Actions.
Clayton has held multiple leadership roles at Cisco. Most recently, he was Cisco’s General Manager, Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), overseeing 31 countries. In this role, he was responsible for driving the digital agenda for Sub-Sharan Africa which included accelerating growth across all business segments and developing strategic relationships across the entire ecosystem of customers and partners.
Previously, Clayton was Head of Public Sector and Enterprise for Cisco South Africa, where he developed and implemented the Public-Sector and Enterprise strategy focused on developing industry solutions and fostering long-term partnerships with large enterprise customers.
Clayton joined Cisco in 2007 as a Channel Service Account Manager and was appointed to Regional Sales Manager for Enterprise solutions shortly after.
In alignment with Cisco’s purpose, to Power an Inclusive Future for All, Clayton is focused on community impact and has successfully implemented numerous large-scale projects such as Cisco’s Country Digital Acceleration (CDA) Program South Africa; Cisco Edge Partner Incubation, focused on partner transformation and job creation; Women's Tech Connection, a training and mentorship program aimed at encouraging female participation and career advancement in the local science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) field; and Digital Skills Africa, a non-profit company (NPC) established to reignite hope and address socio economic transformation through digital empowerment
Clayton holds a Masters degree in Business Administration. He is passionate about people and social change, business strategy, and innovation. Clayton has achieved his greatest accomplishments through a combination of hard work, stewardship and ambition. He currently resides Cape Town, South Africa, with his wife and two children.
