Ale Mantilla is a business development manager in Cisco’s Global Partner Organization, where she is focused on developing effective go-to-market initiatives for partners in support of Cisco’s security and collaboration product portfolio. More specifically, Ale focuses on creating partner sales enablement and marketing strategies for Cisco’s Managed Detection and Response and UCM Cloud Enterprise solutions. Ale’s tenure with Cisco spans over 15 years where she has held various roles supporting Cisco Partners. Ale holds a university degree in Industrial Engineering and a Masters in International Management from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Ale is a native Colombian, and currently resides in Bogota with her husband and children. In her free time, she loves to enjoy spending time with her family and being outdoors.
