Aditya Mohta has been with Cisco for more than 11 years and has held a lot of leadership roles in marketing. He currently works as a Sr. Manager, Solutions Marketing in Strategy, Incubation and Applications Group. He heads marketing around Cisco Full-Stack Observability and is leading messaging, positioning and GTM for the new offer. Prior to joining this role, Aditya was part of Webex Marketing where he led marketing efforts around strategic alliances and Webex integrations. He also did solution messaging around workplace transformation and future of work tying the whole collaboration portfolio together. Prior to this, he led cross architecture messaging and marketing for Artificial Intelligence and digital solutions around workforce experience and customer experience. Aditya has authored numerous whitepapers and presentations on digital transformation, AI, workplace transformation and customer experience. In his earlier role at Cisco before marketing, Aditya worked as a Senior Consultant leading multi-million dollar service engagements where he helped clients transform their business using technology solutions by developing strategy, road map and value assessments. Overall Aditya has over 18 years of experience working of transformational projects in technology and manufacturing industries. Aditya holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Mumbai University, India.
