A simpler, smarter operating experience, built across Cisco, that connects visibility, AI, collaboration, and action across the portfolio.
Starting today, Cisco Cloud Control is generally available for U.S. customers. More than 300 customers are already onboarded, and the global pre-GA waitlist surpassed 5,000 sign-ups.
Those numbers reinforce what we heard throughout the development of the platform. IT environments are connected, but the day-to-day experience of operating them often is not. Teams are forced to move among specialized tools, reconstruct the same issue from different vantage points, and coordinate across products and people before they can act. They want a better way to operate across that complexity: one that transforms IT operations from reactive firefighting to proactive, coordinated action.
AgenticOps is our response: Cisco’s operating model for people and AI agents to work together across product boundaries, with clear human accountability. Cisco Cloud Control is the secure harness that puts AgenticOps into practice. It gives agents trusted access to infrastructure, live operational context, and clear guardrails for action. On that foundation, AI Canvas brings teams and agents together in a multiplayer workspace to resolve issues. Cloud Control Studio is where customers and partners build custom apps and agents.
Early users are already investigating faster, acting earlier, and spending less time assembling information before they can address a problem.
- From more than 10 hours to under 10 minutes. During a live session, a global supply chain and commerce software company used AI Canvas to resolve a recurring site issue in under 10 minutes. Previous manual investigations took more than 10 hours.
- A direct answer without custom code. At a leading investment management firm, a ThousandEyes specialist answered with just one AI Canvas prompt a question that had previously required a custom Python workaround.
- Earlier action on real issues. At a higher education technology provider, a network engineer (CCNA since 1999) now logs into Cloud Control daily and says it’s already identifying real issues before users can complain.
One experience, full product depth
Reaching general availability required more than placing a common interface across the Cisco portfolio. Teams across Cisco have aligned identity, data models, permissions, operational state, and product lifecycles so operators can move through the experience with consistent context and authorized agents can work from the same governed information.
We have done this without flattening the depth of individual products. Each Cisco product continues to provide the specialized control customers expect. Domain controllers remain responsible for their specialized management and execution, while Cloud Control connects the work between them.
For operators, this creates a more straightforward journey:
- Start with one identity. Unified identity provides one sign-on and a consistent access experience across supported connected products, subject to existing permissions and entitlements.
- Understand the environment. Inventory brings assets into one view, while Topology shows how they relate. Actions correlate and prioritize alerts, and AI insights help operators identify anomalies and understand where attention is needed.
- Ask and act in context. The Cisco AI Assistant is available throughout Cloud Control. It helps individual operators interpret what they see, make decisions, and take supported, authorized actions without leaving the experience.
- Bring the right people and agents into the investigation. AI Canvas provides a persistent, multiplayer workspace where teams and AI agents can investigate in parallel, connect evidence, and coordinate decisions. The investigation remains intact through shifts, escalations, and handoffs.

General availability also introduces Cisco Agentic Workflows into the Cloud Control experience. As a core component of AgenticOps, Workflows enables teams to transform AI recommendations and repetitive operational tasks into reusable automations, accelerating execution while improving consistency and reducing manual effort.
More connections, more useful context
At general availability, Cisco Cloud Control connects Meraki, Catalyst Center through Meraki Global Overview, Catalyst SD-WAN, Nexus Dashboard, Nexus Hyperfabric, Cisco Intersight, Identity, Security Cloud Control, ThousandEyes, Splunk, Collaboration Control Hub, and Cisco IQ.
Cloud Control also extends beyond Cisco. ServiceNow, BlueCat, Infoblox, and Atlassian are available today within a broader ecosystem backed by more than 60 integration commitments.
Each integration adds relevant data, tools, or actions to the context available to Cloud Control services, operators, and agents. This helps teams answer questions, investigate issues, and act with confidence across the systems they already use.
Why Studio and Marketplace matter
No platform can anticipate every customer environment, operating process, or source of expertise. Cloud Control Studio and Cloud Control Marketplace make Cloud Control a true platform, open to innovation from customers and partners.
Studio is the governed environment for turning each organization’s systems and expertise into custom operational views, agents, and skills. Marketplace makes capabilities from Cisco and the third-party ecosystem easier to discover, evaluate, and adopt.
A reusable skill can preserve knowledge that once lived only in a runbook or an experienced operator’s head. Apps and agents can then apply that knowledge using context from connected systems. Cisco provides the foundation; customers and partners shape it for their environments.
Built with customers
Customer feedback has shaped Cloud Control from the beginning, and it continues to guide our priorities. Customers are asking for faster responses, more integrations, earlier insights, greater customization, and support for the non-Cisco tools they use every day.
Cisco Cloud Control generated significant interest among Cisco Live attendees.
Since Cisco Live Las Vegas 2026, teams across Cisco have responded by expanding integrations, improving response performance, strengthening reliability and security, and finding more proactive ways to surface and investigate issues.
Moving quickly matters, but earning trust matters more. Every new capability must be dependable and responsive, with secure access and clear controls. As agents take on more tasks, operators must retain visibility and authority over the environments they are responsible for.
We believe AgenticOps will change how teams operate IT infrastructure, but that change will be earned one result at a time. General availability allows us to learn from a broader group of U.S. customers, improve Cloud Control through real-world use to advance how they manage their environments and resolve operational issues, and apply those lessons as we expand into additional geographies.
We are grateful to the customers, partners, and teams across Cisco who helped us reach this milestone.
