The countdown has begun to Cisco Live 2019, with only a few weeks left until the EMEAR edition of this unmissable event kicks off in Barcelona on 28th January 2019.

The first item on the agenda is our Service Provider Opening Session, at 15:00h on Monday 28th of January. It’s a fantastic opportunity to get some real inspiration from Cisco’s top executives as well as our partners and customers. We’ll be discussing key industry and technology trends, current geo-political challenges, and the ways in which Cisco is uniquely positioned to help you differentiate through customer experience, managed services and, eventually, 5G.
You’ll get to hear from senior leaders within Cisco’s specialist service provider team as well as our best and brightest architectural and engineering experts. These are real specialists in networking and data centre technologies plus more besides, and you’ll also get an opportunity to grill them during a roundtable on the opportunities and challenges facing the service provider community today.
The SP Opening Session is followed by an SP Reception where you can take some time to network with colleagues and peers over a few drinks. Shuttle buses will be organized from the Fira after the SP Opening Session so you can relax and enjoy the evening.
Over the remaining four days, we have organized a comprehensive agenda of more than +60 SP sessions that have a common goal: to explore, analyse and seek solutions to every aspect of the Service Provider’s business. Our SP Hub is at the heart of the World of Solutions, which forms the dynamic core of Cisco Live, and provides a space for our customers to network and experience our solutions in action.
Over at the SP Hub, you will be able to see multiple demos around 5G, Network slicing, Automation, Security, NFVI, cloud initiatives and managed services, all targeted to the needs of our SP customers. You also will see demos around monetization, in particular in the 5G world, and the exciting virtual reality experience – ‘Running with the bulls’ that will give you first-hand experience of what 5G is all about. And finally, the Advisory Pod, where you will be able to get on-the-spot assessment for your organizational digital transformation readiness. Service Providers can also join demo tours on different interest tracks and talk to our subject matter experts at any time!
