Cisco Live Las Vegas is less than a month away, and I couldn’t be more excited to spend time with Cisco Customers and Partners at an energizing event.

That is what an event like Cisco Live is all about. You. And our CX team has so many plans to celebrate our customers and partners this year and provide you with the information you need to be successful. I can’t share everything, for risk of spoiling a few surprises, but I can tell you that you won’t lack ways to interact with CX this year. In fact, the CX team’s theme for this year’s event is ‘Jump into the future. Together.’

The theme is all about building a better future for Cisco customers and partners with our expertise, innovation, and unwavering commitment. We work together with you every step of the way and every interaction with CX should inspire confidence in your choice to work with Cisco, while reinforcing the message that Cisco CX is a trusted partner always helping you move forward. And we have so many opportunities for you to interact with CX this year.

As part of the Keynote: Let’s Go on Wednesday, June 7th, I will show how we are helping our customers transform to innovate the future, optimizing for speed and efficiency, and securing for business resiliency, so that you are the hero.

Also, we celebrate the great things that you do with your technology investment with our Customer Hero Awards. These customer heroes all come from a pool of excellent nominees showcasing the breadth and depth of our customer base, but also highlighting specifics of just how CX helped them succeed. The nominees go through a judging process, and in the past, the winners have been announced in a private ceremony.

Well, this year, we will announce the winners on stage in our CX booth theater. It will be an incredible celebration of all the hard work customers like you have put in, along with the trust and investment with Cisco. It’s not the only place to engage with our CX team at this year’s Cisco Live though.

Before we even go to the event, you can always get the most up-to-date information on the CX at Cisco Live web page. Consider it your one-stop shop to get the latest updates. That site is being updated right up until Cisco Live, but I also wanted to point out a few specific areas I want our customers and partners to prepare for:

  • CX in the World of Solutions – Our CX team has more than 3600 square feet of space in the World of Solutions this year, in booth #3310, where you can participate in demos, lightning talks, workshops, and more.
  • CX Workshops – Participate in your choice of deep-level discussion workshops led by Cisco services leads and subject matter experts, covering topics from security to network automation, healthcare to financial services, and a lot more. These 45-minute workshops are based on specific customer challenges and are held in a dedicated space within the CX booth to foster interaction and discussion.   • CX Subject Matter Expert Access – Care to have a CX SME join you in a one-on-one or one-to-few meeting while onsite in Las Vegas? Our Cisco sales team is actively nominating accounts now on a variety of topics. Be sure to reach out to your Cisco representative and have them nominate you to meet with our experts onsite at Cisco Live.
  • Sustainability Roundtable – Another fantastic event at Cisco Live this year, The Future of Sustainable Business: Innovations and Opportunities is a CX-hosted roundtable focusing on customer challenges around sustainability. This invitation-only event will be held on Tuesday, June 6th, 12 – 2 PM. Interested in attending? Let my team know. Please note: space is limited.
