While the distance between us has never been greater, I’ve spent a lot of time in recent weeks talking to our partner leaders over Webex. The one question I asked everyone was “What can Cisco can do to support your business despite the unique challenges we are all facing?”
- How your teams can engage with customers differently and with more impact
- How you can build and close pipeline in this new world more effectively
- How to develop your management to lead in a remote environment
Today’s new landscape is uniquely challenging and may not ever fully return to the way we knew it before. According to Gartner, 74% of companies plan to permanently shift to more remote work. There is a unique opportunity to create stronger bonds and prepare you and your teams to be successful in this new world. Therefore, we are bringing best-in-class partner training and enablement through our “Take 45” series to ensure our joint success in today’s virtual environment.
The “Take 45” series is designed to give partner sellers, leaders and marketers the tools needed to solve the business problems of today in a series of 45-minute sessions.
There are three tracks available:
- Mastering Virtual Client Engagement – ideal for sellers
- Part 1- May 27
- Part 2 – May 29
- Leading Through Disruptive Times – ideal for leaders

The first two tracks around virtual engagement and leadership will be hosted by Jason Marks, President of Techrategy, and feature experienced Account Managers who will share how partners can bring a new level of value to their clients and teams. The Social Media track will feature Jason Gardner, Customer Success Manager at LinkedIn, who will share the power of Social Selling during these times.
