Taking your feedback, and in response to our changing environment, Cisco Global Partner Marketing (GPM) has accelerated our Partner News Hubs transformation. In addition to delivering partner news, updates, and business-as-usual information, we are also using the hubs to ensure you have access to the single source of truth for critical news around business continuity concerns and important COVID-19 updates. That particular page containing updates on COVID-19 is linked from every Partner News Hub page.

One of the most common things we consistently hear from partners is the need for a simplified approach to keep up to date on the latest news and relevant resources. Trust us, we also know that, as a valued Cisco partner, there is an enormous amount of information you need in order to drive sales, increase profitability and maximize your partnership with Cisco.

We put all of that feedback into the Partner News Hubs. Thanks to your suggestions, we built these hubs to make communicating easier, and we’re seeing great engagement with them as a more effective way to deliver partner news. So far, we’ve already seen a 34 percent reduction in outbound emails to partners, helping ease your “email fatigue,” and a surge in subscription rates by allowing partners to choose which News Hubs they would like to receive updates from, and how often they’d prefer to receive updates.
