Today’s rapid pace of change means Cisco needs new approaches to enabling our partners. Our goal is to equip our partners with the speed, agility and efficiency that allows them to respond faster and scale to our customers’ growing business demands.

One way we are doing this is through a virtual learning experience called Black Belt Academy.  The Cisco Black Belt Academy, a simplified enablement framework, is built to help partner sales and engineers learn Cisco’s competitive advantage and how Cisco solutions stack up against the competition – delivered in a virtual environment to provide scale, agility, and is on-demand for a self-paced experience.

Recently we launched the new Black Belt Sales Expert addition to enable our partner sellers across all Cisco architectures and solutions to increase sales competency, confidence, and connection with the Cisco brand.   After the trainings, exams, and associated activities are complete, partner sellers gain a certificate of completion and a reward badge for completing stage 1 learning maps.

The Black Belt Academy enables the skills to have richer interactions with customers that will lead them into the next era of digital transformation.
