ASEAN will be held in person in Singapore at the Raffles City Convention Centre on the 3rd of October 2022.

But don’t worry if you can’t attend in person. This event will be streamed digitally across five other ASEAN countries, so that many more can benefit from the wealth of ideas and knowledge Cisco has put together for its customers and partners across the South-East Asian region.

The event program will feature keynotes by Cisco APJC and ASEAN senior executives, our customers and partners, and live technology demonstrations. It will also offer opportunities to consult with experts from Cisco and our partners and network with industry peers.

Cisco CX: Integral to driving innovation

Cisco Customer Experience (CX) will be ALL IN at the event, represented in the following areas:

  • Cisco CX ASEAN Vice President Dharmesh Malhotra will host the Customer Perspectives keynote panel of experienced customer executives who will share how they have weathered recent challenges and discuss their strategies to innovate for the future.
  • The “Accelerate Digital Experience” breakout track with Shashank Luthra, Cisco ASEAN MD for Services and Software Sales, provides insights into why customers need to accelerate digital transformation and how Cisco CX can simplify, transform, and innovate in driving critical business outcomes.
  • Logicalis Asia CTO Tsu-Pheng Lim will show how a Cisco partner can provide customers with choices and accelerate the time to value of technology investments.
  • Two live demonstration areas staffed by Cisco CX experts at the Solutions Expo will help deepen your understanding of the capabilities of the CX

Cloud unified digital experience and the data-driven insights afforded by Business Critical Services (BCS) analytics and advisory services.

You’ll gain insights into how Success Tracks with CX Cloud can simplify IT network management, plus learn how Business Critical Services enable IT teams to accelerate IT transformation. And you’ll hear the details of how our advisory services supported a leading bank in Thailand to innovate for operational excellence.
