How does this work if our company is already paying for jabber and other services?
We've recently adopted Spark as our unified communications platform and have tied it to a PSTN carrier with voice services carried directly into the application, mobile, pc, and Mac clients. We've also sandboxed this integration and its as seamless as it looks with little configuration needed to get it up and running. With salesforce being the platform that it is I'm wondering if there is anything on the roadmap for click to call functionality. It seems like a perfect fit given spark as a collaborative communications platform and salesforce the 800lb gorilla of helping drive opportunities.
