Tim Coogan leads Cisco's global partner ecosystem, orchestrating relationships with partners through whom nearly 90% of Cisco's $57 billion in annual revenue flows. In this role, he is responsible for scaling Cisco's comprehensive technology partner program, encompassing over 40,000 partners across 165 countries who collectively employ more than 500,000 professionals working with Cisco solutions. Under Tim's leadership, the Global Partner Sales organization drives profitable growth through diverse routes to market—from distribution and managed services to cloud marketplaces. His team ensures customers ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 enterprises can access Cisco's complete portfolio through their preferred buying models, enabling seamless digital transformation at scale. Tim brings a unique perspective to partner leadership, combining 25+ years of direct sales experience with deep operational expertise across Cisco's business. Most recently, as Senior Vice President of US Commercial, he led over 2,000 field resources and drove more than $8 billion in annual sales across diverse business segments. His proven ability to translate complex technology portfolios into customer business outcomes positions him to strengthen Cisco's partner-first go-to-market strategy. Previously, as Area Vice President of Global Enterprise Segment South and West, Tim guided customers across Energy, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Financial Services, and High-Tech industries through transformational technology adoptions. This experience grounded his philosophy that successful partnerships are built on mutual profitability and shared customer success—principles now central to Cisco's evolution toward outcome-based partner programs. Tim's leadership approach centers on accountability, transparency, and team success. He champions diverse perspectives and has been a longtime advocate for inclusion and equality initiatives.
