Tiara Roberts

Tiara is recognized by peers as an influencer, teacher, mentor, and change agent. When asked what Leaders serve as an inspiration to her style she quickly replies, "my Mother will always be a woman of inspiration to me. As a schoolteacher, she uses her personal power and influence to shape the lives of her students and drive impactful change. I admire the late Maya Angelou, who was also very influential through the power of her words, and served as an extraordinary example of transformational leadership". One of her favorite quotes from the well-respected poet is "People will forget what you said, but people will never forget how you made them feel." From this quote, Tiara has learned the value in varying perspectives and strives to treat all with respect and kindness. In her spare time she enjoys reading, writing, volunteering, mentoring, traveling with family, and spiritual activities. Fun fact; Tiara is secretly obsessed with TV shows that took place in medieval or historical times like "Medici", "The Tudors", and "Reign". When asked why she replied, "The female representation is always giving "girl boss vibes". In most cases it was the Queen, or Dutchess, holding the Kingdom down making the right decisions to keep the family alive and flourishing."
