Suzy is leading Cisco’s Hospitality practice, where she is in the process of transforming how the compay is approaching and serving the Hospitality industry and related business outcomes. In addition to working directly with hotel chains and leading the enterprise account teams, she also holds responsibility for a large number of hospitality specific partners and vendors.

Suzy has worked in the hospitality industry for more than 25 years. Most recently she worked as a senior consultant at Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG) on their largest project to date, a next-gen Guest Reservation System. Previously she was the senior vice president of data center and global technology at IHG. She has also served as senior VP at the Hilton for 11 years. On the IT side, for five years she held the position as the vice president of strategic sales for two large hospitality software companies (SoftBrands/Infor and Agilysys).

Suzy has a background in executive management, program management, hotel operations, data center operations, product design, customer support and business development, and she created IHG’s first IT procurement organization and vendor management program. Suzy is a member of the HTNG Vendor Advisory Council (Hospitality Standards Body).
