Sérgio Bergano is a senior manager, for the newly formed Managed Services Team leading the Service Creation team in EMEA. As the consumption pattern of our customers changed to an aaS model Cisco is supporting our partners creating and selling services that goes on the direction of our customers preference needs. The goal is to have the right services with the right partners in every single country in the region. So, we are increasing our offers adding new services cross the Cisco portfolio.
Sérgio joined Cisco in January 2001 from Techdata, where he was Sales manager for the Top Tier partners.
For the last 22 years, Sergio has worked across various verticals within Cisco starting within the Enterprise vertical with customers in financial services industry, manufacturing, retail and utilities, before moving into public sector and service provider. Six years ago, Sergio joined the EMEAR Partner Organization, initially to lead the relationship with Infosys and Tech Mahindra in the region, and after to lead the new Strategic partner cluster with our Advisor and Consulting Partners and our Indian ITSP Partners.
Sergio is responsible for developing partnerships and new business models. He also brings with him extensive global experience, having worked in several markets across Europe, Asia and Africa.
