Rob Riordan, Director, Strategy & Planning for the Cisco 360 Partner Program, is a seasoned partner ecosystem leader with over 20 years of experience in the tech industry. He is passionate about accelerating partner growth and driving confidence and clarity for customers when choosing technology partners. Rob has experience in database development, business process optimization, business analytics, direct sales, consulting, change management, and partner sales at HP, Microsoft, and Cisco. Since 2017, he has been leading design and innovation of industry-leading partner program offerings. Rob’s laser focus on customer outcomes has helped multiple organizations drive transformation within their partner ecosystems, resulting in a more inclusive and complete view of their ecosystem. He has managed through change for hundreds of thousands of partner organizations, ultimately accelerating their growth. Rob lives in San Diego with his wife and four children, along with his golden-doodle, Dublin. They enjoy adventures traveling the west on mountain bikes, in the water, and coaching or cheering on his girls in flag football, basketball, soccer, or volleyball.
