Prabhjit Singh Bagga is Technical Marketing Engineering (TME) Tech Lead on the Cisco Network Platform team, driving technical strategy and enablement to help customers modernize operations through automation, assurance, and AI-assisted troubleshooting. He leads initiatives including Catalyst Center Global Manager (CCGM), Global Overview and Catalyst Center integration with the Meraki dashboard experience, Catalyst Center virtual form factors (AWS, Azure, ESXi), and the Catalyst Center AI assistant. With Cisco since 2011, Prabhjit brings experience across TAC, cloud/virtualization, and IoT cloud engineering at Cisco Jasper. Since moving into technical marketing in 2018, he has focused on Catalyst Center and SD-Access, partnering with product management, GTM, and engineering as “customer zero” to enable teams and customers through demos and customer-focused technical content.
