Mark Stephens

Mark Stephens, Cyber Security Solutions Architect, is a 27+ year Cisco veteran. Mark joined Cisco in 1998 as a U.S.-based Enterprise Systems Engineer supporting many Fortune 100 companies in multiple sectors (financial, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, etc). Mark achieved his CCIE in Routing and Switching in 2001. For the last 20+ years, Mark has been focused on security technologies (Network Access Control, Firewall solutions, IPS, VPN, Firepower, etc.) and is a regular Cisco live speaker. As a security architect, Mark focuses on integration of security into an architecture to streamline security operations, incident response, and governance. Mark is a CISSP and holds numerous SANs certification and a Master of Science in Internet Security Engineering from the SANS Technology Institute's Master's program. Mark's hobbies include sailing, making perfect Manhattans and traveling.
