Customer Experience (CX)

I've joined Cisco in August 1998, currently working as Technical Leader in the Customer Experience organization. My area of expertise has been Network Management for many years at Cisco with an actual focus on Service Delivery Network and Automation Technologies. Currently leading projects across the company involving different business entities, with a common focus to standardize data ingestion in CX Cloud platform. Other initiatives that I've been leading around innovation, running Hackathons under key technologies, and combining Design Thinking and skills from our skilled technology experts. During the last 18 months, I´ve been involved in IETF Standardisation efforts and working in IEEE publications. One of the biggest achievements of this work has been receiving the TSIA Award-Innovation on Customer Success in 2021. 2021. I've led the Automation community in CX EMEAR, with the main focus on CI&CD and Test Automation. I'm also part of the Operations Track at Cisco Live EMEAR, where we are selecting the technical sessions that will be part of the CiscoLive customer event. Before joining the CX organization I've been part of the Technical Services Organization at Cisco, working as Escalation Engineer in EMEA TAC.
