Michael Hopps is a specialist in social media marketing at Cisco, focusing on the team's social listening and analytics efforts. His responsibilities include collecting social data for brand listening reports, connecting customer feedback with corresponding departments within Cisco, and contributing to the team's overall goal of growing Cisco's presence on the social web.

Prior to Cisco, Michael held internship roles at various web oriented companies, including Google and SovaNet.cz, a web marketing agency based in Czech Republic.

Michael holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business. Go Blue!
