Matt is a Director in Cisco’s Customer Experience organization where he leads subscription professional service offers product management. Matt has over 20 years of IT industry experience in various roles including operations, engineering, and architecture.
Matt joined Cisco in 2006 as an infrastructure management and operations consulting engineer. He’s also held roles in business development, delivery management, and product management during his career at Cisco. Matt’s current focus in on modernizing professional services offers, with particular interest in the application of information intelligence to infrastructure, smart devices, and business process utilizing XaaS models.
