I possess a deep understanding of Cisco technologies across our entire portfolio and how these technologies specifically solve healthcare customer requirements. This includes an understanding, for example, of how healthcare providers are delivering virtual care when they can’t be physically present with patients, and a broad understanding of policy, compliance, and regulatory requirements within the healthcare industry. Additionally, I have a keen understanding of cybersecurity risks within healthcare organizations, and ways to use Cisco technologies to protect against these risks. I began my career in telecommunications and have held several roles in management of IT/IS teams. Educational background includes Business Telecommunications Management and Electronics Engineering Technology.
