Mark leads the Webex Calling security team. His team is responsible for ensuring that Webex Calling has all the proper security and privacy controls in place to meet customer expectations with respect to availability, data protection and privacy. Previously, he was the Chief Information Security Officer at BroadSoft, which was acquired by Cisco in 2018. He has a Bachelor of Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal.
