Marc Aldrich leads the Americas sales region for Cisco’s Global Service Provider Segment. In this role, Marc is responsible for an $8B USD customer business as well as related strategic partnerships and go-to-market strategies.

Most recently Marc led Cisco’s North American Cable, Media, and Telco sales regions and held global responsibility for Cisco’s Service Provider video architecture, strategy, and global go-to-market. Marc has a strong reputation for customer-centricity and business transformation. During this time he spearheaded new customer engagement models including platform and service co-creation while building agile development capabilities across Cisco’s field and development organization. His professional passions include talent design and early-in-career resource development, essential initiatives for Cisco’s evolving go-to-market strategy.

Marc is a 21 year Cisco veteran who started the company’s Cable sales organization in 1997. During this time, Marc launched early customer trials with Cisco’s first DOCSIS CMTS and adjacent portfolio. Since then, he has held every available leadership role in the Global Service Provider Sales Organization. Prior to Cisco, Marc spent 8 years with MCI Telecommunications in large enterprise account sales and field marketing.

Marc serves as the executive sponsor for the Cisco’ Service Provider Inclusion and Collaboration initiative. He is also an active member of the Cisco’s New England Development Center (NEDC) leadership council and a board member of both CablePAC and Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT).

Marc earned a BS degree in Business Administration from Bryant University. He and his spouse, Jan have been married for 28 years and have two sons, Kyle and Cameron. The family enjoys spending time together with favorite activities that include cooking, skiing, and boating.
