Liz Centoni leads Cisco’s $15 billion services business, overseeing a global organization of 20,000 people responsible for professional services, customer success, technical support and the company’s renewals engine for software and services. She is driving one of the industry’s most ambitious transformations: reimagining how enterprise technology companies interact and serve customers in the AI era. Centoni’s vision is to make every customer interaction personalized, proactive and predictive, moving from reactive support models to AI-powered systems that anticipate needs, eliminate friction, and create value before customers realize they need help. In 2024, Centoni led Cisco’s $28 billion acquisition of Splunk, positioning the company at the forefront of AI revolution. She previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, driving company-wide strategic direction. Centoni serves on the boards of Mercedes-Benz (Supervisory Board, Nomination Committee) and Workday (Compensation Committee). She is Cisco’s Global Executive Sponsor for the Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) program and a vocal advocate for responsible AI development. She holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
