Kirtee is an experienced Customer Experience Product Manager with a unique blend of analytical expertise, exceptional communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and a strong commitment to continuous learning. Currently, she is responsible for leading Partner Support Services and developing innovative partner-centric services that drive strategic business growth. With her deep passion for technology and its potential for social impact, Kirtee also spearheads a Tech for Social Good Program, which provides Cisco employees with an incredible opportunity to utilize their technical and business skills to create positive change. In addition, she has successfully led multiple initiatives as part of the AI for Good program in the past. With more than 20 years of experience in technology, specifically in Software Development and Product Management, Kirtee brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Throughout her tenure of over 10 years at Cisco, she has held various positions, including Service Supply Chain Product Manager, Services Program Manager, Business Operations Manager, and CX Product Manager for Premium Services. Before joining Cisco full-time, Kirtee worked as a Customer Delivery Manager, overseeing the Cisco account for 8 years. Kirtee holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering and is currently pursuing her MBA from North Carolina State University.
