Kim is a Texan living in Amsterdam. She manages the Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia Virtual Sales and Customer Success team for Cisco. Kim is responsible for leading the transformation of Cisco’s virtual sales organization focusing on selling products, services and software annuities through the Land-Adopt-Expand-Renew selling motion with customers and partners. Her team also manages the Cisco Sales Associate Program (CSAP) which provides training and on the job experience for early in career graduates coming into Cisco.

She is passionate about creating inclusive and diverse environments, as well as working with people early in career. Kim is currently the Global and EMEAR Co-lead for the Connected Women ERO and serves as the executive sponsor for the Cisco Citizens group in Amsterdam. In her free time she sits on the Board of Directors for a non-profit organization, Not for Sale, which fights modern-day slavery around the world by using business creation, supply chain evaluation and aftercare aid. She is an avid college hoops fan and loves to cook. Prior to Cisco, Kim worked at Progress Software and Juniper Networks.
