Kim Pasche leads the Global Virtual Sales team and the Cisco Sales Associates Program (CSAP) in EMEA. In her broader role, diversity, inclusion, and equity are Kim’s guiding principles.

She is passionate about shaping the future of sales by embracing the latest innovations and digital tools to transform the way Cisco sells. Kim is responsible for driving growth in products, services, and software annuities and serving almost 20,000 customers – virtually. She is involved with many of the Inclusive Communities across Cisco.

In her free time, Kim volunteers with Not For Sale where she is on the Supervisory Board of Directors. NFS is a non-profit organization which fights modern-day slavery and human trafficking by using social enterprise creation and supply chain evaluation.

Before joining Cisco, Kim was an entrepreneur, founding one of the first call centers in the Netherlands. She later transitioned to the corporate world, working in various sales leadership positions at Progress Software and Juniper Networks. She enjoys long walks in nature, watching sports, or trying out new recipes for family and friends.
