Customer Experience (CX)

Ken Twist is currently a Customer Success Director at Cisco. His leadership extends to business development, strategy consulting, venture investment, software portfolio development, sales and marketing management with responsibility for prioritizing investment strategies and setting strategic goals. As part of Cisco’s Customer Experience (CX) organization, Ken enjoys helping some of Cisco’s most technically sophisticated clients maximize and realize the value of their investments. Ken has built a 15+ year career developing and launching innovative new products and services globally, driven by a passion for collaborating creatively solving new challenges for customers. He values being a mentor and working for a more diverse and inclusive workforce. He is part of the leadership team for Cisco’s Native American Network and mentors Native STEM students. When not working, Ken enjoys being with his family, surfing, paddle boarding, snowboarding, mountain biking, helping raise money to fight cancer through Monster and Sea, participates on two Boards, and is active in the Cherokee Nation, where he is an enrolled member.
