Keith Dyer

Keith Dyer is a Vice President in the Global Partner Organization at Cisco Systems managing our 360° IBM Alliance. With an execution focused leadership style, he has earned the reputation for collaboration, team-building, and openness while achieving consistent results.

In his current role, Dyer is responsible for the Global 360° IBM Alliance focused on key growth initiatives for the benefit of both companies. IBM is a unique partner with Cisco across multiple areas – as a customer, supplier, co-developer of technology and solutions, and GTM partner – Cisco recently named Dyer to lead this newly created executive structure to support this partnership. He has held multiple leadership roles over the past 15 years at Cisco in the Global Strategic and Partner Organization most recently leading Cisco’s global ITSP partner strategy and Global “go to market” driving double digit growth over the last several years.

Dyer brings 30 years of successful business management, sales, channel management, services and marketing leadership in the IT market to every one of his roles. Before joining Cisco in 2004, he developed strategies at Avaya in their mergers and acquisition group. He was Vice President and General Manager at Expanets, a systems technology, services, and solutions company serving Enterprise and Commercial Customers. Prior to joining Expanets, Dyer held sales, sales management, and general management positions at Lucent Technologies and AT&T.

Dyer is a graduate of Lipscomb University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. He was honored as “The Distinguished Alumni Award” recipient in 2010 which recognizes alumni from the School of Business for distinguished professional and community achievements.

He lives in Hendersonville, TN with his wife Tracy.
