Jessica Highsmith is an advocate marketing maven on the Global Customer Advocacy team.

She has a passion for authentic storytelling, social media and connecting directly with Cisco’s most enthusiastic customer advocates from all over the world.

As part of Cisco's Global Advocacy organization, she oversees communications and works to drive internal and external awareness, as well as adoption, for Cisco’s customer advocacy efforts.

When she isn't busy connecting with advocates and traveling the world, you’ll find her cooking up a storm, practicing yoga or hanging out with her sweet beagle Amos.
