Her career has evolved from foundational network infrastructure design to leading complex, global initiatives in cloud architecture and cybersecurity. Driven by a passion for collaboration and complex problem-solving, she maintains a relentless focus on operational excellence and the customer experience. Her professional journey began as an Outside Plant Design Engineer at Qwest Communications, followed by a decade at Cox Communications as a Network Operations Engineer, where she gained extensive experience in managing core network infrastructure. Seeking to integrate business strategy with her technical roots, Jennifer transitioned into program management, where she oversaw global product and service delivery lifecycle for major clients. Over the past five years at Cisco, she has leveraged this diverse expertise to lead global initiatives in edge cloud solutions and, currently, as a Technical Leader and Program Manager, she drives critical security deployments including Cloud VPN, Zero Trust Access, and AI Defense. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management along with professional certifications in technical program and project management.
