Jamie Garcia is a revenue executive and public sector technology leader with more than 20 years of experience driving growth across cybersecurity, cloud, SaaS, infrastructure, and enterprise software. She has built and scaled high-performing organizations across sales, customer success, professional services, renewals, marketing, and partner ecosystems, with a consistent track record of delivering predictable growth and transforming go-to-market execution. Throughout her career, Jamie has led complex businesses serving Enterprise, Federal, and SLED customers, helping organizations align strategy, operations, and customer outcomes in highly regulated and mission-critical environments.
At Cisco Jamie leads Public Sector Security, where she is responsible for advancing secure innovation and growth across a large and strategically important customer base. Previously, as Area Vice President of Federal Sales at Splunk, she helped scale the business more than 10-fold in 6 years. She also led pricing transformations across multiple business models, launched new SaaS offerings for the Intelligence Community, and developed motions that improved customer adoption, retention, and long-term value realization.
Jamie is widely recognized for her ability to build empowered teams, create scalable operating models, and bring clarity to complex business and technical challenges. In addition to her operating leadership roles, she has advised organizations through her LLC, Quantum Monarch, on valuation, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, revenue strategy and risk mitigation, and operational transformation. She brings a distinctive combination of business rigor, cybersecurity and AI fluency, and executive judgment shaped by years of leading growth in regulated and high-stakes markets.
She holds an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Duke University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Binghamton University, with minors in computer science and mathematics. Jamie also completed the C-Suite executive education program at the Wharton School. She is passionate about helping organizations translate innovation into measurable business impact, and about building secure, resilient systems that support long-term growth.
