India Williams is a solution-focused problem solver, skilled in driving transformative change and fostering adoption through strategic communication. As a Customer Success Manager, India is revered as a trusted advisor who specializes in connecting resources with people, nurturing collaborative relationships, and accelerating value for her enterprise customers. Backed by certifications in Change Management, Corporate Communication, and Lean Six Sigma, her proactive leadership and empathetic customer engagement have been invaluable during her 5 years at Cisco. A former middle school teacher, India successfully blends her 10-year experience in education with analytical acumen and a heartfelt commitment to professional and community development. She is an active member of Connected Black Professionals Inclusive Community where she led communications for Black History Month 2023 and the CBP Lift Executive Mentoring Program. A graduate of Next Generation Leaders (NGLE) Cohort 6, India has also provided support as a mentor for the Campus Career Link program. India is intentional about making a meaningful impact in every aspect of life. Outside of Cisco, she is a fervent advocate for underserved communities, giving back as a member of the Board of Directors for three nonprofit organizations: Activate Good, Seasons Village, and Loaves and Fishes Ministry, and serving as an appointed member of the North Carolina Governor's Task Force for Safer Schools. Known for her vibrant personality and warm smile, India’s passion is singing and performing in community theater for audiences across the Raleigh-Durham area.
