Helen Ewing is a product manager for Cisco Wireless's AIOps and Assurance, where she's building AgenticOps capabilities for exceptional wireless experience and simplified network management. Helen joined Cisco in 2020 as a product management intern and returned full time in 2021. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters in Business Administration focused on product management from Duke University. She lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
