Harry Caldwell

Customer Experience (CX), Americas

Harry Caldwell leads Cisco’s Customer Experience (CX) Americas organization. In his role, he leads a team of more than 4,500 services professionals across 44 countries and six theaters, including Canada, Global, Enterprise Segment, Latin America, Service Provider, U.S. Commercial and U.S. Public Sector. It includes professional and support services, customer success and renewals teams who, alongside ecosystem partners, deliver business solutions throughout a customer lifecycle by accelerating the time-to-value and return on the technology investment. Previously, Harry led CX Americas GES Central where he was responsible for a multifaceted organization that included Customer Success, Advanced Services, and both Development and Solution Architects aligned to 149 customers. Over the course of Harry’s career, he has built a diverse, international portfolio that spans disciplines and size where he honed his expertise in consulting services, leadership development, product marketing and support, and technical sales. Harry is passionate about delivering value to customers, organizations, and shareholders, through innovative strategies and execution across business development, services, and customer success throughout the customer experience arena. Known for his uplifting leadership style, Harry develops high-performing teams through effective coaching. He encourages his team to focus on delivering value to the customer, collaborating across the organization, and giving everyone a seat at the table. On a partnership front, Harry believes optimal results are conducted when all parties at Cisco operate in a seamless fashion to maximize the customer experience. Prior to working at Cisco, Harry spent the last 22 years at Microsoft where was the Director of Customer Success. Harry holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Houston University and ITT Technical Institute. Harry currently lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and enjoys spending his free time with his two sons and grandbaby. Outside of work, Harry enjoys traveling, exercising, and exploring the mechanics of classic cars.
