Geofran Thadikaran

Geofran is part of Cisco’s Partner leadership team, in APJC. His team is responsible for growing Cisco's Partner led Managed Services, Cloud/XaaS business in APJC. Geofran is a passionate, people-oriented leader with 20+ years of experience in growing businesses and talent. He has spent significant time working with Service Providers across the region, in building Next Generation solution roadmaps and disruptive GTM models. His extensive experience, having worked across various countries in APAC, has led to his inclusive leadership style and ability to grow businesses by leveraging teams that transcend different cultures. He has led multiple digital transformation initiatives over the past few years, working closely with his Service Provider Customers & Strategic Partners. Geofran lives in Singapore and is deeply involved in multiple social projects around education and community development.
