Fania Kozareva

Fania Kozareva is a marketing professional within Cisco's global partner marketing team. Throughout her career, she has focused on digital experience strategy and partner enablement, bringing a unique perspective to the partner experience. Over the past three years, she has dedicated herself to leading the Marketing Velocity Reimagined project —both simplifying and enhancing Cisco’s premier comarketing experience —an initiative which recently earned the Killer Content Award for B2B channel marketing excellence at the B2B Marketing Exchange in February 2025. Fania is laser-focused on driving partner success through innovative demand generation strategies and data-driven insights. Her global perspective is shaped by living across three continents—Asia, Europe, and the U.S. —during her education and adds a unique dimension to her business insights. Outside of her professional pursuits, Fania is an avid explorer of new experiences, whether bouldering, traveling, or experimenting with new recipes.
