Customer Experience

Ephraim is a Customer Delivery Architect on Cisco's Customer Experience team, with 20+ years of work across the Cisco collaboration portfolio — Calling, Conferencing, Customer Experience, Devices and Meetings. He co-led the architecture for a major retail customer's transformation from on-prem unified communications to a full cloud Webex Suite, an engagement that established a long-term delivery relationship for Cisco. His current work sits at the intersection of collaboration modernization, applied AI, and voice security — designing MCP server architectures for Webex Agentic Apps, building LLM-driven tooling to translate contact center call flows into WxCC, and developing ML-driven fraud detection and Splunk-based AIOps for Webex telephony. He writes about agentic AI in enterprise telephony, voice security and toll fraud detection at scale, the path from legacy UC to cloud-native Webex products, and what it actually takes to put AI into production.
