Darlene has been with Cisco since 2004, and currently leads the Contact Center and MultiServices TAC teams in Boxborough, Massachusetts. Darlene’s drive to help others in the community began when she joined the Boxborough Civic Council in 2010. Since then she has led several employee volunteer engagements in the community such as Habitat for Humanity builds and various food bank distributions. In addition to encouraging others to volunteer, Darlene has taken on her most rewarding volunteer effort to date. She has recently been sworn in as a court-appointed special advocate representing children who have been removed from their homes due to to neglect and abuse.
