Chad Reese is currently Director, Partner Digital Marketing at Cisco Systems. In this role, he is accountable for delivering sales qualified leads and bookings by engaging customers digitally with and through partners. He and his team support the transition to revenue-accountable marketing with partners, route-to-market demand generation, partner intelligence and demand generation targeting, as well as digital services supporting partner demand generation execution.
In the last 16+ years at Cisco, Chad’s contributions have included leading the Worldwide Commercial Field Marketing team supporting the transition to a Partner Led sales and marketing model. Chad led the Worldwide Field Marketing Partner Acceleration team responsible for the planning and execution of demand generation programs with Cisco's channel partners worldwide. He led the Distribution Accelerated Partner (DAP) demand generation initiative working with the field to increase sell-through of Cisco products and solutions via Cisco’s 120+ distribution partners worldwide. And Chad led Cisco’s worldwide Mid-Market Security marketing program to increase awareness and drive demand for Cisco “Self Defending Network” security solutions.
Chad is the global co-lead for Cisco PRIDE, the LGBT & Ally employee resource organization. In this role he advocates for LGBT inclusion and collaboration, internal community engagement, and business alignment and external engagement with the LGBT community.
Chad earned a B.A. degree in Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
