Cale Hilts

Senior Manager, Solution Product Marketing

Cale Hilts is a Sr. Product Marketing Manager at AppDynamics. Utilizing a combination of technical subject matter expertise and a deep understanding of customer needs, he focuses on making product marketing meaningful to Cisco customers and partners by clearly demonstrating product differentiation and connecting it to business objectives and outcomes. Cale joined Cisco in February of 2018, moving to AppDynamics in July of 2021. Cale is responsible for developing thought leadership, educational, and product-focused content for Cisco full-stack observability solutions. Previously at Cisco, Cale focused on product and solutions marketing for hybrid cloud solutions. In this role, Cale led product marketing for Cisco’s hyperconverged infrastructure solutions, HyperFlex, and was responsible for developing go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and product content. Cale spent 14 years at Dell (Dell EMC) before joining Cisco, where he held various roles in enterprise sales, partner management, and product marketing.
