Anne-Marie Azzi is a Marketing Manager for Cisco Systems, Inc., a role she has held since April 2014. In her role, she leads an internal awareness campaign with Global Sales and Marketing teams to drive the value of Services Inclusion. In her various marketing roles in the past two years, Anne-Marie has led portfolio marketing as well as market insights programs. Anne-Marie formerly worked as a business analyst in the Enterprise East Services for Cisco Systems for six years. In this capacity she managed business operations for a $500 million organization which provides consulting, professional services and maintenance sales for the Northeast corridor of the United States. Prior to Cisco, Anne-Marie was a Business Analyst at OMR Systems, a financial software trading company.

Due to her multicultural background and passion for the Latino culture, Anne-Marie has taken a very active role within Inclusion and Collaboration at Cisco. She is the Co-President for Conexión, Cisco’s Latino Employee Resource Organization. She has held multiple roles within Conexión, including Director of Staffing and Virtual Chapter lead. Under her leadership Silicon Valley Latino, the Hispanic IT Executive Council, as well as Latina Style have recognized Conexión as a Top Employee Resource Organization.

Anne-Marie also is the Chair for the Emerging Executive Program for the Hispanic IT Executive Council (HITEC). The program partners high level executives with high potential IT professionals to provide them with professional development opportunities to promote career and personal growth. In 2014, she revamped the program and was named HITEC member of the year due to her efforts.

Anne-Marie holds a Bachelor of Science from Rider University and a Diversity Management Certificate from Cornell University. She is fluent in three languages: English, Spanish and French. She has lived in Spain, Greece, Mexico and the United States. She, her husband and two boys, call the greater Philadelphia Area home.
