Andy Hickman

Andy has been passionate about Collaboration since it was referred to as a merely Packet Voice in the late 1990s! He is now a senior product manager in Cisco’s Collaboration Technology Group and with his team, is currently responsible for the Unified Communications applications that run on Cisco IOS routers, including the Cisco Unified Border Element and Communications Manager Express.

Outside of work, Andy can often be found running the trails near his home in Buckinghamshire, England.
