Amanda Holst

Amanda has 20 years experience in project/program managing, marketing, operations, editorial, instructing, public relations, and start-ups; Amanda Holst has played a variety of leadership roles in tech, education, health, and real estate. Throughout her career, she has maintained the highest performance standards with a diverse range of leadership functions. She’s identified complex problems and reviewed related information to develop and evaluate options to implement solutions. She’s helped to streamline operations, implement new strategies to increase brand recognition, and served as a liaison between departments to efficiently execute the common goals of the organization. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, continuing her education in global leadership/ organizational management, and running. Research interests include motivation, ethical leadership, and leadership development.
