It’s been only a few years, but 2019 feels like a lifetime ago. In some ways I view it as the “before times” — before remote working became ubiquitous and hybrid work became the way of the future, before the world and the workplace were forever transformed. Business will never be the same. And neither will we.

Now with our first in-person event since then fast approaching, I’m reminded of how much I’ve missed the energy of Cisco Live, the stage, the lights, the rooms filled with customers, partners, and colleagues. I am counting the days to reconnecting with old friends and meeting new ones.

This will be my first Cisco Live with Cisco Customer Experience (CX) in APJC. But along with this new lens, I bring my experience and insights as Cisco’s original customer zero, global CIO, and loyal customer.
